okay hmm.. yessterday had training again!! and we didnt clean up! such a miracle! and me, amandi and shihui totally killed our backs. my back hurt alot alot alot alot -.- theirs was bearable according to them but since amanda is a fit and strong girl i guess her bearable was my very very pain. anyway argh i really need to recuperate =[

at night i watched skyhigh!!! borrowed the vcd from sammie. skyhigh is super cool and funny!!!!! it was a very nice movie!!!! its just veh veh nice and very sweet. its very nice!!!!! hahahaha!

ermmmmm today went to church as usual and discovered its gonna be the last ym service till next year. how saddd!!!! and evan's gonna teach the primary ones hahahah =[ but anyway very looking forward to church camp! INFECTION

then after that had lunch then went back to estella and i went to the gym! and tried to workout but ........... doesnt seem to work =[ whahahahha i went there for half and hour then decided to give up. argh! but i need muscles!! i think muscles are cool LOL. i want muscless!! =DD
